- Vision -
To improve the infrastructure of the club and therefore give the 1st team the opportunity to promote to the 2nd Croatian league and the youth to promote to the 1st youth league.
- Mission -
To bring the maximum number of players to the academy. The goal of the academy is to develop as many players as possible and push players to reach maximum potential.

One of the main strategic goals is to improve our infrastructure. This brings us to our main objective and plans for the upcoming years. Our main objective is to build a new stadium. This will help us to reach our vision statement as it will give us the opportunity to promote to the second division after having a successful season in the upcoming years in the 3rd division.
